The Information & Visitor Centre is overseen by a volunteer board of directors that represents local residents, businesses and families. The board of directors is actively involved in the Centre.

The hub of information is the heart of the Martensville Information & Visitor Centre. It is staffed by a knowledgeable coordinator and office assistant who provide information and resources to the community. They are available by phone, email, through social media, and in person. The resource centre includes a wealth of information. Most frequently sought information includes local activities, programs, events, and other community information, daycare and babysitter lists, job postings, rental postings, business information, visitor information, and directions. The Centre’s office is run by two part-time staff. Kristee Lynn Adrian works half time and has been the Centre’s co-ordinator for the past eight years. Her knowledge of the community, passion for volunteerism and community spirit has been invaluable. The Centre has a part time Office Assistants position to assist with day to day operations in the Centre and to extend the Centre’s operating hours.
